Rooms: private walls for your people
A room is a private wall of your own. It works exactly like the main wall — empty faces, the same editor, the same replays — but it lives at its own link, and only people who have that link can see it or draw on it. Rooms never appear in any public list or search. No account is needed to create one, and none is needed to join.
Creating a room takes ten seconds
Press the new-room button, give it a name (two to twenty characters — the name is the only text you will ever type here), and you are standing in your own empty wall. Share the link through any chat and watch faces appear.
The wall starts with twelve empty slots. As they fill up, anyone can press [+] to add more, so a room never runs out of space.
What rooms are good for
A farewell wall: a colleague is leaving — instead of a card everyone signs in a hurry, drop a room link in the team chat and collect twenty hand-drawn faces of them. It is funnier and more touching than any card.
A classroom wall: teachers use rooms as ice-breakers — everyone draws themselves in the first five minutes, and the class gallery stays up all semester.
A birthday or wedding guestbook: guests doodle instead of writing. The result is a wall of faces you can save and keep.
A community canvas: drop the link in your Discord server or group chat during a call, and everyone doodles together while talking. The wall becomes a running inside joke.
Rules of the room
Rooms are link-only by design — treat the link as the key. Anyone holding it can draw, so share it where your people are and nowhere else.
Drawings in rooms carry no hashtags: rooms stay out of the tag system entirely, which is what keeps them private. Everything else works the same — drawing, editing and deleting your own faces from the same browser, replays, likes, and saving as PNG, GIF or MP4.
When the event is over, save the best faces (or the whole wall, one by one) as images or videos. The wall itself stays up — rooms do not expire.
A small tip
Rooms work best with a prompt. "Draw yourself on Monday morning", "draw the birthday person", "draw our boss as a superhero" — a one-line theme in the chat message next to your link multiplies the fun.
