DRAWMYFACE is run by a very small team, and every message below goes to the same inbox: hypernudge@gmail.com. We read everything and reply to most things within a few days.

Your wall, its size, or a payment

Anything about a specific wall — its size, an upgrade that did not go through, a charge you did not expect, or a wall you want removed — goes to hypernudge@gmail.com. Send the wall link with it. That link is the only way we can find your wall, because walls have no accounts.

Reporting a drawing, a tag, or a wall

You do not need to email us for this, and reporting in the product is much faster. Every drawing has a report option on its card, and the Report link in the site footer accepts a pasted link to a drawing, a hashtag, or a wall. Reports are counted automatically, and content that passes the threshold is hidden without anyone having to wait for us to wake up.

Email us instead if the matter is urgent or legal — a drawing of a real person used to harass them, an impersonation, or anything involving a minor. Say what the content is and include the link; we act on those first.

Removing your own drawing

Drawings you made stay editable and deletable from the same browser you drew them in — tap your drawing and use the delete option. There is no account, so if you have cleared your browser storage or switched devices we cannot identify which drawings were yours. In that case email us with the link to the drawing and describe it, and we will remove it.

Removing a wall you created

Only the person who drew a face can delete it, so a wall's creator can't remove other people's drawings. To take down the whole wall, email us the link. Walls are link-only, so the link is all we ask for.

Privacy requests

Requests to access or delete the data stored with a drawing (see Privacy) go to the same address. Include the drawing link, since without an account it is the only way we can find the record.

Press, partnerships, and everything else

Same inbox. If you are writing about the service, running an event on it, or want to use walls with a group and have a question the FAQ does not answer, just ask.

What we cannot help with

• Identifying who drew something. Drawings are anonymous by design and we do not expose author information to anyone outside a lawful request from authorities (see Terms, Section 8).
• Recovering a wall link you have lost, unless you bought a size for it — then enter the email you used at checkout at /recover. For free walls there is no account to look it up against.
• Account problems — there are no accounts. If something is asking you to sign in to DRAWMYFACE, it is not us.
